Looking Forward

As we take a step back and reflect on the thoughts, ideas and enthusiasm generated by all that participated in WIGCOT ‘08, we are already taking steps to formulate our programming for WIGCOT ‘09.  But before we move to far ahead, we welcome your feedback on this year’s conference.  Please click here to complete our online survey.

A Message from Governor’s Council on Tourism Chair, Deb Archer

Dear Industry Friend,

On behalf of the Governor's Council on Tourism, thank you for attending the 2008 Wisconsin Governor's Conference on Tourism.  This year's event took on a new tone. In addition to the conference program, which was carefully designed to educate and inspire all of us as we strive to build the future of this great industry and the state's economy, special attention was given to successfully launching Wisconsin's exciting new brand platform, Originality Rules

As an attendee of the Conference, we are keenly interested in your evaluation of the 2008 conference and specifically the meeting of the Governor’s Council on Tourism.  In order to evaluate that program and plan for 2009, we ask you to complete the WIGCOT survey and share your candid viewpoints and comments with the council.

We look forward to receiving your feedback and wish you a sensational year ahead as we work together in continuing to spread the fresh new perspective on our great state.  If at any time, you would like to contact me or another member of the council, please feel free to do so.

Deb Archer, CDME
Chair, WI Governor's Council on Tourism
