Location and lodging: All sessions will be held at Radisson Paper Valley Hotel. A block of rooms has been reserved for convention attendees at $89/night. Policies

• Be sure to pick up registration materials and name badges upon arrival at the convention. 
• To receive the $110 early bird rate, registration forms must be postmarked by October 9, 2009.
• No refunds will be provided for prepaid registrations after October 30, 2009.
